+Joe Bucci Thank you. It's a great, easy recipe to try. So juicy. The Smoke Hollow is hanging in there. She's getting tired though.... Thanks for watching !
That was the BEST looking beer/bean can chicken I have EVER seen before! I swear I would never have thought about making it with the chicken on top of baked beans? YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just made one a couple of nights ago and now this makes me want to make it ALL OVER AGAIN! LMBO!
Have you ever thought about making one with a Chinese barbeque sauce before like hoisin sauce? Or Sesame chicken, or Sweet, and Sour Chicken or even General Tso's chicken would be great. That would be a great twist on a beer can chicken. Man I am killing myself here thinking about all the different variations that could be done on making one of these things. hahaha!.
Actually, yes. My wife & kids are all black belts in TaeKwonDo so we're all very familiar with Korean cuisine (imp articular); we typically like to add an Asian flare to a lot of cooks. Will make it a point to make a video of some Korean cooking soon. :-)
thank you. there were delicious. best way to do chicken IMO. Lots of people ask about the beans. Total oversight on my part. They came out great. highly recommend trying this. thanks for watching !
not the first to ask. an oversight in making the video was the missing the beans. The beans were awesome. The bit of seasoning, chicken flavor, & smoke, along with everything else that went in the can, makes for a great side. Thanks for watching !
is the stock thermometer on the smoke hollow accurate? I just purchased a triton brand very similar to your grill and am curious how accurate it is on the charcoal/smoking side
+Joshua Hutchens it's pretty accurate when new, but I replaced the charcoal side thermometer after about a year. It's good practice to use multiple temperature readings to ensure accuracy. I never trust a stock thermometer.
Nice. learned a few things. But a word of advice, mow ur lawn for video so folks wont think ur a recent immigrant. Lol. Use one handed glove to spread condiments on chicken and use clean hand to touch condiment containers to avoid contamination and last but not least, some garlic in beans would have been nice(maybe its just a Mexican thing). I really enjoyed video. Thx.
1) the truck load of recent immigrants i typically use to mow the lawn was late that day 2) the rub & pepper were used entirely so containers were thrown out after. 3) I didn't want garlic in my beans that day. 4) Thanks for watching
Nice job! I will definitely try this. Thank you for the great video.
you won't regret it. thanks for watching !
Awesome job, looks great.... The Smoke Hollow did a great job also..

Looks tasty but did I miss something? What did you do with all the stuff from the cans?
not the first to ask. an oversight in making the video was the missing the beans.

haha I guess there was extra beer and that may have had an effect on the video work ;-)
there's always extra beer.......... and it usually (hopefully) effects the video work.... ;-)
