I can honestly say that these videos have been a godsend. I’ve taken the exam a total of two times, the first time I failed because I was reading hundreds of multiple-choice questions and literally memorizing the answers , I realized that this was not the way to go so I watched these videos over and over again until they were stuck in my head. I can proudly say I passed the exam on the second time around and I even invested in on a one on one with Stu which was also amazing! Not as friendly as joe lol but it made me pass!! Not only did I pass but I feel more competent and knowledgeable In real estate, it’s one thing reading about real estate but it’s another actually hearing people have conversations about what vocabulary terms mean and how they are used in the field!!! God bless prep agent!!
Hey Tony, I’m in California too. If I’m super comfortable with all of the videos and the 75 questions etc, will I be in good shape for the exam? I’m finishing out all the 135 hours of coursework but have listened to all prep agents videos

He had mentioned in a video that if you understand the concepts and vocabulary you will pass. He’s 100% right! None of the questions were really familiar BUT I did know what they weren’t. Every degree your head moves forward is 10 lbs added to your spine, a typical person puts 70 lbs on there spine every time they look down at a phone that isnt head height. Hope this helps.

hi, im taking real estate online classes they seem to have their own Vocabulary words....so im confused should i keep studying ( prepagent ) vocabulary words or stick to the online classes vocabs???
Agent: the person hired to take on ALL the blame when sellers/buyers don’t get what they want- Then insult to injury is AGENCY forces you to follow client instructions no matter how absurd the request- only if criminal are you to expose the truth- otherwise your bound to silence of all absurdities for life even if no longer in the real estate- they can sue you if you defy … sellers & buyers are liars be careful and use your own common sense and work around your instincts
