- In my nordic ski lessons I frequently see skiers that ski very stiffly. Instead we want to develop an athletic stance when we ski and this video shows a variety of ways to develop quick feet and flexiblity in the ankle, knee and hip joints. Give these drills a try and let me know what you think. Thanks to Auclair Gloves and Fast Wax for their help with this video.
