Developing quick feet and agility on cross country skis

  • In my nordic ski lessons I frequently see skiers that ski very stiffly. Instead we want to develop an athletic stance when we ski and this video shows a variety of ways to develop quick feet and flexiblity in the ankle, knee and hip joints. Give these drills a try and let me know what you think. Thanks to Auclair Gloves and Fast Wax for their help with this video.

    I learned how to do Classic XC skiing for the first time in my life at 59 by following all your videos. You need to put a warning label on your videos that XC can be addictive. Like/Subscribe/Bell
