This totally resonates. I do hope he is healing even if he doesn't come back to me. I do love him but I'm losing hope that he will come back. He did learn me to love myself again and to go for what I need.

That's part of why it hurts so bad when it comes from them and it can be dangerous bc it's harder to walk away from someone that's doing that when you do live them without conditions or expectations. That doesn't mean our commitment can't have conditions or expectations though. I learned this the hard way when my marriage ended after 14 years. I fully relate! Especially when you choked! He never ever talked about anything personal or his feelings. The part about chasing isn't me. I didn't have to, he was always there. Even when dating, I didn't go a day without seeing him. I didn't understand what he saw in me. It's agony going years with no communication.
I wish I could say that I was building my business but I get a little income each month. I give practically half of it away to people in need. But i definitely could benefit from some extra income.
