Hi Lady nice condo . Always mention how many bedrooms how many bathrooms. You did not mention if it has Air conditioning or not.
Looks amazing x
Hi cerise ..... could you find one of these beautiful condos west of the airport.... in puerto plata....
this one looked like a very decent size and so well kept..... thanks for sharing with the rest of us
What about horse property? Any of that there?
Yes (829) 702-7726
Would they consider renting long term on a view of buyer later.?
No, they are motivated to sell.
#1. I love your videos, keep up the good content
Huge hugs.
Overpriced. You can get a 4br 2bath with your own pool made for $140,000
Some people are Not interested in building. Also, for Cabarete, with the custom quality upgrades in the condo, it is a good deal. It is sold by the owners, and they are motivated to sell, so the price is negotiable.
@@cerisefairfax good point. Thanks for everything you do for those in the states and other countries. Your videos are Very informative.
Yeah that true....... but if you want to leave the country for any amount of time....... who’s going to watch the house for yer...........🤔
@@genevandyke4088 you can hire agents to do that
Yeah..... there’s other things to consider also....like getting someone to build for yer.... and can you trust them as the price keeps going up with every new situation.......I built a farm over there what a headache..... Over a year.......plus you won’t be by the beach..... I’m looking at a 3 bedroom now with a pool.... 135k........15 min walk to the beach.......
How much sq feet? How many bedrooms, just 1? No den? Parking? Locker?
Great video with humor!
is it still available to buy?
I know exactly where this is located in East Cabarete, really nice, secluded and secure. Good deal.
What about UK Visa??
Not seeing many people out and about...reason?
Late lunch hour on a Friday.
I love the way you work ....you promoting even the blank that very funny 😂😘
Where in cabarets how many bedrooms and bathrooms and the maintenance what does it cover?
Hi Cerise, I'm retiring in November 2021 are any of these units for rent?
Graet job Cerise
!
Financing available?
Sorry, no.
I'm an expat from new Jersey. Lived in Cabarate East for a year. Trust me its fantastic. Good people, safe a quiet. Secluded beaches up and down the coast. Must return asap. The video doesn't do it justice.
Fabulous. Cabarete is bursting with beaches.
Are there condo fees?
Would you know the amounts for each unit?
Thank you.
How is this an expat town ? it’s a town in the Dominican Republic where Dominicans do live and some foreigners decide to emigrate to. I really do hate the word expat, it’s nothing more than a fancy name for foreigners/emigrants, because westerners do want to say they are foreigners/emigrants.
Good point. But it is still considered an Expat friendly town.
@@cerisefairfax Dominicans are friendly whatever town/place foreigners decide to stay on vacation or to live. The flaw is foreigners decide to emigrate but then set up these so call expat communities, what is the point of leaving your country to live amongst the same people you left back home. I know you personally don’t Cerise but you get the zest of what I’m saying, Personally I find it racist because apart from restaurants supermarkets pharmacies or coming in contact with their maids etc that’s the only time foreigners do come in contact with the locals. Take those Americans walking around with swagger and T-shirt’s saying expat lifestyle 🤔, No it’s Not, it’s Dominican lifestyle they are enjoying.
@@enrique55455 You are right that I personally live in the native areas, where very few foreigners visit.
It’s just a language thing that’s all
@@IGKrismillions Really! If it was just a language thing you guys wouldn’t make such a big thing of it, words have psychological meanings, you don’t hear western countries call people who migrate to USA, Canada or UK expats they call them foreigners or emigrants right?, its a form of status/belonging.
