    That's why here in Greece we either use skimmed (1.5% fat) or 0% fat milk for Freddo cappuccino, that is how the froth is made and skimmed or non fat milk just tightens faster and comes out creamier.

    Kuya Ruel wht machine should I get... A Gaggia classic pro or a La pavoni... I currently have a Breville bambino... Any recommendations? Salamat po! Keep up the gud work!

      sorry late. Both machines are capable in making excellent coffee. Both ok kung mahilig ka sa kalikot. mas madaling gamitin ang Gaggia. La Pavoni needs time para ma master. Mas sensitive ang LP sa changes ang Gaggia mas forgiving. Limited output sa LP ang gaggia unlimited amount hangang on ang pump. Vimtage and industrial look ang LP at mas mahal. Ang LP hindi nawawala ang value at tumataas pa. less ang sira sa LP. Actually iba ang coffee experience ng dalawa. Kung gusto mo mas simple routine sa Gaggia ka. Ang LP moody , yung ok kahapon baka bukas iba na result. with mods at hacks pareho mo macontrol brew temp, pressure/flow profiling, others. Buy both then tingnan mo kung sino mas match sa needs mo. pareho naman madaling ibenta ulit. good luck.
