Great vid and photography once again, D. I'm always skeptical about One:12 and other figures that bring a lot of soft goods, but these look really, really good. The gauntlets and shin guards have my hopes up for a fully armored samurai. I think I'm going to grab a couple of these ASAP.
@@jstos3675 I have 4 of every one of them (Dark Blue, Black, Red, Tan, Brown, Green, Purple, Grey and White). I use certain colors for Snake-Eyes army and certain colors for Storm Shadow's army. Oh and they look down very nicely, I would suggest that if you like ninja figures the Articulated Icons ninjas are the way to go, they look awesome when you have multiples. Plus if you can find a Deluxe Black Ninja, Deluxe White Ninja, or Shoken as Ninja you can use the head pieces to create your very own Hard/Soft Master or Billy Kessler from G.I. Joe.
@@JC-dz5ur they actually scale very nicely with Classified figures, I use the white, black, red, and purple as my Cobra Ninja army under Storm Shadow. I use the green, grey, blue ninjas as my GI Joe ninja squad under Snake-Eyes and Kamakura’s tutelage.
Love your reviews man! I absolutely love the soft goods incorporated with the figures. really looking forward to seeing these Ninjas in person once I get em', heck might throw down for a few extra lol Awesome video!
There is no such thing as too many ninjas in your arsenal lol. I grabbed the red version of this but looking at the white one in the back ground I should had gotten him instead but either way I’m looking forward to my Vtoys ninja 😁
D, you’re slipping. I don’t want to run out and buy these! Kidding of course. Saw these during the preorder but wasn’t feeling it. It’s great that we now have so many options to choose from when it comes to ninjas!
Can you please do a review on Jin Sakai Figma Collectible Figure by Good Smile CompanyGhost of Tsushima and or their other figures ? Does anyone have any of those figures I just asked about and if so what is your opinion please ?
Every time I see figures that have a full soft goods outfit. It makes me feel like the figure should be really cheap. They all seem like they should have the exact same generic articulated buck. But different head sculpts, outfits and accessories. Like a Barbie doll. They probably have two bucks. A female and a male buck. And that should say a lot of money and effort on the company side but will those savings pass down to the collectors. Anyway, I love your videos.
Yea the scaling never adds up with full soft goods either and it never looks right. I bought one mezco for the giant dog from black bolt and the bb figure stands out like a sore thumb in my collection. No matter how well it’s done it always ends up looking like a mego figure
I don’t know how many cloth good based figures you have displayed but the opposite ends up happening when displaying for me. The cloth good figures make the plastic figures look cheap/toyish. I think hiding the joints really helps with the illusion/overall aesthetic. Like a lot of my Mezco figures end up looking way better than my Mafex, Figuarts, Legends and even the mostly plastic Mezcos. This gets reinforced by those I show my displays too but less so if I display them separately. This is irritating, as I have tended to just buy the best looking 1/12 figures of the characters I enjoy but some iconic match ups likely won’t get displayed together. It’s the same an cinematic figures vs comic figures. I don’t want to display comic figures with my cinematic figures even if it need one to fill because usually the cinematic characters look a lot better. Not as dramatic as well made cloth goods compared to just plastic but still enough that it displays poorly. As far as scaling: All the companies having their own “1/12” scale plus bad scaling of certain figures by those companies much less with other companies 1/12. All I can say is :Indeed. As far as articulation. For a given figure there are some iconic poses floating around in my head that I usually display them as and if they can hit those it’s all good or I buy the one that can and put up with a little less good looking figure.
Pretty much what the title says they are. 5ktoys.com/collections/featured/products/preorder-vtoys-x-6inch-shadow-ninja-6inches-1-12-collectible-action-figure#
I definitely feel that it costs way more money to tool a figure that is completely plastic and articulates well and because of that they end up looking like and action figure and not a doll which I don’t collect. I am down for a wired cape on a figure but I can’t get over the scaling never matching for soft goods leaving them looking like a mego doll all the time.
I'm trying to figure out if the protos seemed a little more polished. I know the red one was definitely darker in the proto. they still look good though.
These look like the mezco Version of the fwooshes ninja
I had a similar thought 😅
Hands down my favorite 1/12 scale channel D. Great lighting, engaging commentary and stellar photography. 👌
Your pics at the end always sell these figures for me. Awesome work!

Terrific review and great pics as always. I spend more money on figures because of your reviews LOL!
My personal favorite army building ninja are the articulated icon ninjas, I do have these three on pre-order and can’t wait to see how these turn out
How did they turn out? Can they look down? I'm thinking about getting one.

@@whiskeytangofoxtrot2 which would you say has the better articulation, Articulated Icons or these?
@@whiskeytangofoxtrot2 Isn't Articulated Icons Ninja are underscale?

“Hey, what’s everybody!” 😂😂😂
Great review. Thanks, man! I may have to buy at least one of these now!
These Ninjas look super dope dude, I may actually snag one or two. Oh and btw Looking COOL Joker! ❤️🔥✨
Military vs Ninjas
Not sure if you have but you should check out the American Ninja movies.
Thanks for the reviews like always bro! Much love!
Like to see the images of them fighting Cobra Red Ninjas. Even curious to see how they'd look with Night Creepers. Hi-tech vs traditional.
My man, you backin this haslab? The more I see the more I like it.
It would be great if they make separate accessories like hands with ninjutsu signs and other ninja stuff or feet replacement with foot hinge.
it comes with abundant weapon set and cost not expensively , much easier to buy group with to be an army.
I see you reddit the video to the right order
Very cool Ninjas but at $70 a figure a bit too expensive for my budget.
Great Review D! These figures are awesome
Great review, bro. I already bought black and white ninjas.
i know my next purchase lol
Yooooo where’d u get that stained glass backdrop cuz that soo is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
If I were to guess I'd say crashbox customs but I could be wrong

I need this!
Where can I get figures like this of ninjas and samurai especially ninja. ?
Hi, Can you tell if it has a butterfly joint at the shoulders ... so you can move the shoulder up and down and back and forth .... Thanks a lot
They really should have gone with ball hinges for the ankles.
Just got mine the sword and claw broke right put the box 😢😂 but otherwise love the figure
You man where did you get these early I ordered mine from bbts but nothing yet !
