Thx for the videos. There's no sound on this?
Say,
on a dwg file, there are a few lines whose layer names are according to the shape profile (like W10X12, W16X50 and so on). I want to import this file on tekla when tekla will take the layer's name as profile of the members. Is it possible? - - -Thank You, NI.
Generally speaking almost anything is possible with C# and Tekla API. However, its usually a issue of time and money vs the net return from your application. You may want to look into IFC import/export utilities from Autocad to Tekla.
