You should try using more than 1 trampoline fabric. Double or triple it to see how much weight it could withstand
Also it breaks because it hits the ground, they need to dig a bigger hole underneath or something.
Andrew Shah-ntz or you need to use double or even tripple the amount of springs to reduce the travel distance of the mat when the atlas stone hits the mat

It might survive longer if you dig out like 5 metres under the trampoline.
The tear at the 30 is because it pulled down the surface of the trampoline, impacted the ground, and all the force was in that one spot when it hit the ground, so when it pulled back up it tore.
On the other hand, if you just remove the ground (by digging, or elevating the trampoline further above the ground somehow), then more of the force will be distributed to the springs, and it's more likely to survive.

I think what is ripping through your trampolines is not the weight, but the slight friction when the ball (and the lego ball) hit the sand. This weakens the mat and causes a tiny tear that immediately expands due to stress. Maybe dig a hole underneath the trampoline next time? Thanks for the videos!

It’s Newton’s first law, the law of inertia. An object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon by an outside force. Rest was used to being that height, so when the weight hit the trampoline, Rex’s stayed where he was.

Every time a tramp breaks, the item has hit the ground. It would be interesting if the tramp was lifted or a bigger hole was dug under the tramp.

Curious to see what would happen IF you were to double, or triple up on the trampoline mats on a single frame?
You guys should custom build a trampoline for this stuff like reinforce that with cast iron a poly carbon netting
something like the frame for the bullet-resistant glass, but bigger, with industrial springs.
Might consider finding a company that makes trampolines and ask if they can build one to stand up to the stresses in this video, plus give them an advert.

I think if you dug out from under the trampoline it might have not ripped. Same with some of the other trampoline videos - it could be that the impact with the dropped object and the ground is what is really ripping the mats.
