Mayweather is the best (in his weight class of course), at boxing. There is no chance for him to win a ufc fight. Just to see Mayweather get beat up in a ufc style fight, not worth seeing. We don’t want to see that. We wouldn’t want to see him get in a car crash, or fall out of a tree, it just doesn’t make sense. We don’t want to see him get hurt just for fun like that. We want to see the best boxer doing what he does best, boxing. That’s the whole point, to see if this amazing ufc fighter, who has a unique/unusual way of fighting, who used his unusual style of his style of boxing went up against the best boxer and somehow won 4-5 rounds without any real experience, we want to see him reevaluate how to overcome and figure it out and see how he does the second time around with more knowledge now than before. Conner (in the past) is a genius on how to figure things out with another chance. I’m sure Conner would agree. At the time he did say he wanted to do a ufc style fight, but afterwards he was saying he didn’t want to do that, but he wants to box Mayweather in the near future. It’s not about Mayweather. We already know Mayweather is the best, we want to see how Conner (the master of figuring out the second time around) can do the second time around. Conner was the best of the best of 145 lb, he moved up to 155 lb and became the best of that. Then moved to 170 lb (keep in mind both times he fought Nate, he was 165 and Nate was 187) he was destroying Nate, but gave it all he had too fast and got tired. He realized the bigger guys don’t crumble from his shots. So the second time he paced himself and won. When he fought khabib, Conner was out of ufc for years, training for boxing. Came in with a broken foot and broken toes. Also, not for nothing, but only guy to win a round on khabib. When he fought Dustin (he destroyed Dustin years before) Dustin was a completely new beast, and Conner was out for years again. He would’ve figured it out for the second fight, but came in the fight with a fractured leg and the leg broke. Just bad timing. The ufc did that to him. They wouldn’t give him any fights to stay in season. Then they gave him a beast (Dustin) for his comeback fight. Should’ve given him a couple warmups. In their defense, they probably thought it WAS a warmup for him, since he beat Dustin so easily way back when.

I'm a McGregor fan and I can honestly say that I wouldn't pay to see it. McGregor didn't do a single ounce of damage to Mayweather. Second fight ( if it's not an MMA fight) won't be any different.

The way a Mayweather /McGregor 2 fight should go is that Floyd has the first two rounds to knock out McGregor or make him quit. If they go to the 3rd round it's MMA rules ,kicks holds chokes everything. Floyd has only the 3td round to use MMA rules. That's it! If Floyd survives that 3rd round the rest of the rounds are boxing rules.
