I'm a carnivore for the most part, and have been for thirty years will drink nothing but milk and put cream in my coffee. I use butter to cook my salmon and love it. BUT..... If I take a bite of a piece of cheese, I become an arthritic cripple for a week. I don't know what's in cheese and yogurt but they can really do me some harm. Milk I can drink by the gallon with no ill effects at all.
I'm not sure why you keep posting Paul mason going on about dairy when he's completely oblivious about lactase persistent people that tolerate dairy well. He has mentioned osteoarthritis in the masai tribe..but again fails to understand that calcium overpowers magnesium for absorbtion and low magnesium over time is connected with osteoarthritis. Stress also depletes magnesium and calcium stores.
The thing is..the study and research on casomorphines in dairy is negligible..raw dairy is fine and healthy..I personally don't drink milk because its fairly high in carbs, but I eat cheese, yoghurt and with zero issues because I'm lactase persistent.

Horror! After months of regular ketovore constipation I eliminated my beloved dairy ... and it works!
Calcium overpowers magnesium, take magnesium everyday as everyone should anyway and you won't get constipation whist eating dairy.
I drink organic curdled milk

Another reason for butter instead of milk in your coffee? So does butter have casomorphines in it?

Is it an optical illusion or has Dr. Mason's belly gotten a lot bigger?
He almost looks pregnant! So I'm thinking, optical illusion 😂😂
