Because people have different fanbases. There isn't just one fanbase for all rap music and you can only like one rapper. A mumble rapper has their supporters and a Vinnie paz has their own supporters. The same with tv shows and comics and superheroes and sports teams and ect. Just because the Warriors win the championship does that mean that fans in every other city and state should just follow Golden State and only root for them instead of their own favorite teams just because the Warriors we're better than everyone else last year??

Reef The Lost Cauze drinks the eggs like a champ. The whole video is just awesome to watch. Esoteric and Bessie mint. The Army of the Pharaohs is the most solid lineup of Hip- Hop artists of all time. Each member is a master of there craft.

Kaiser Nah these guys have definitely improved a lot and matured their styles. Their wordplay and rhyme schemes have gotten much better since the torture papers.
Honestly seeing vinnie and apathy and eso acting like goofballs when i've been a fan of their music since the Psycho Social days cracks me up so hard. All love greatest group ever made standing strong to this day.

man, i really hope their new album is better than "in death reborn". i can't say it was a bad project (it was decent) but there wasn't any kind of concept to keep me interested throughout the whole thing. also, there wasn't enough content to keep me coming back for more, they were spitting about the same thing over and over again. i personally was expecting something way better from them. i can't say i liked it man, just being honest! still got love for them, tho
*edit: even though "heavy lies the crown" is slightly better than "in death reborn", it suffers from the exact same problem as the latest. they are spitting about the same thing over and over again and it just gets repetitive and tiresome. there are some really good tracks on there but overal, it left me disappointed.*
There was a concept though. "In death reborn". Take rap apart, and put it back together anew.
I think its there most lyrical album yet by far
"Lyrical", as in most lyrically impressive, maybe. But I feel like their older records Ritual and Battle had,yaknow, deeper content when it comes to lyrics.
Take Suicide Girl, for example. Beautifull lyrics, but maybe not as "impressive" as, say, Apathy on the Demon's Blade(on In Death Reborn). Then again;its all personal preferance.

They don't have real beef with Chikara as far as I know. Seems like the video was just in good fun. One of the Chikara wrestlers Ophidian (the one with the snake mask) is a friend of AOTP and have worked with them before.
