    I shoot 475grain 4mm arrows and I feel like it’s the best fps vs foc vs still getting the distance of bout 70yards. But I think everyone is different and has different hunting styles. Hell from a tree stand I use the heaviest arrow I got which is 650 cause I’m shooting down most the time lol

      There is tons of options for sure and most of it is personal preference!

    Why does everyone think it is worth giving up 10% of your velocity to gain a couple lb*ft of energy. If that little bit of extra kinetic energy was necessary, then there would be no way to ethically hunt with anything less than 70# draw weight.

      It’s definitely more about shot placement more than anything that’s forsure! This is just what weight we lean towards to ensure good velocity and being able to shoot distance all while good penetration too!
