Securing bolts only hand-tightened. No torque wrenches used

You've just answered your own question. On this side of the water each ride is usually owned by a different company and even those that are owned by the same company have a different management team for each ride. Each ride takes paying customers on the ride rather than through a ticket or wrist band arrangement. The pleasure parks that are all year round and owned by the one company do operate a wrist band scheme rather than individual payments per ride.

@@ezra2361 It is the top cables that support the arms that concern me. I would prefer something solid or some sort of redundancy. I think I would pass on riding this myself for that reason alone.
I love working as a Carnival person that thing is all the people that work there you don't know what date did they don't check your background they just hire your right they're on the spot and remember why you up there spinning around it's only one rod holding that swing is some Carnival people don't even care about the weight limit I have a bunch of Secrets
