Personally, I like watching you figure it out rather than pre-planning things in creative. Listening to your thought process is soothing and I throw your videos on to calm my brain down. I like the casual, talkative content.
i personally like seeing the trial and error, if you don't mind showing it. it's a good learning experience for figuring out why certain things don't work, which i appreciate! but if you'd rather not, then whatever's most fun for you makes the best videos, imo!
1:47:51 The conversational style of your videos is one of the reasons I like your videos so much. I think it makes it more relaxing and enjoyable to watch and listen to.
I really love these long videos and how you show us nearly everything you do, most of the minecraft youtubers just talk a lot and speed through the whole thing. I enjoy watching you build things and talking us through everything. Really hope you keep doing your thing dude, im sure youll get there, you deserve it 🐼 my emparator 👑
You could always show us some of the funny clips of testing things in a creative world. You're not lying about it or hiding it. Testing things in creative is no different than watching a tutorial and no one has a problem with that.
While you were building the ramp for the second ship, I thought it might look cool if you placed one or two legionaries on the ramp to make it look like they're boarding. Just a thought tho! Amazing video as always, Legion!🤍
44:51 - was that a little Welcome To The Internet reference I spied there? I discovered your channel by pure happenstance on the 18th and I've binged every single one of your videos in the week and a half since then; I was just getting sad yesterday that I was almost out of videos to watch when you posted this and my excitement was PROFOUND. But now I'm sad that I'm DEFINITELY out of content for at least a couple weeks. Thanks for all of the laughs, and I hope they keep coming!
I love the trial and error and the “screw ups,” personally! Makes it feel more real and less just like a tutorial which I appreciate. I also love the Bo Burnham reference in there 😉
2:27:43 - Chorus Flowers you get with a silk touch tool or from shooting them with an arrow. They are the bulbs at the end of the chorus plants in the end. So, if you do not have any, you'd have to go to the end, to a far out end island, find the big purple plants, and then gather the blocky bulb at the end of the growths, with the dots in the centers of them. (Once collected the chorus flower is white and purple.) A chorus flower I believe only grows on end stone.
When you name them you should throw a potion at them as a makeshift wine bottle. Also love that you went through the effort to make scaffolding in the first part and proceeded to pillar up the rest of the video 😂
First of all: Thanks for uploading a new video, it's always my highlight of the day. I enjoy any of your videos, if it's for studying, relaxing, falling to sleep to, or anything else. Your calm playstile and your voice help me with all of that. For the unnamend Pandas: As they are "citizens" of your empire too, at least in some way, you could name one of them "Concordia" after the godess of harmony and Agreement in the roman society. She also was often associated with peace, which would fit perfectly for your Panda sanctuary. Glory to Rome! Edit: Are there maybe any plans to go back to your cave or ocean only world? Loved both of them and i think it would be sad to abandom them.
You know it may be worth looking into a chunk loader mod so your farms run even when you aren't around. It wouldn't really effect the hardcore nature of the world but could help you exponentially. Just the opinion of a humble loyal legionary.
Honestly, I love the conversational style of your videos. I also love watching you learn as you build. I know it makes the videos longer, and I enjoy that.
i found your videos when you only had a handful out and your voice is so calming to me. i have really bad insomnia so i like to put your videos on and i always fall asleep within the first 20 minutes or so. keep it up legion, youre gonna go places huge
You should name one of the Pandas Po after the main character from Kung Fu Panda, also you should a video that’s just Roman fun facts with Minecraft gameplay in the background, maybe include some pictures as a visual reference as well
1:47:51 one of the main reasons i watch is because you converse and take your time with everything. A lot of other channels just speed through things and your videos are very relaxing and interesting to watch.
I like both the conversational parts, it’s a nice change after years of videos full of quick cuts, crazy editing and how short content has gotten to try and keep my attention. I like seeing the process a lot and stuff being paced.
I really enjoy watching you test everything you do instead of figuring it out off screen. I think it helps me, and probably other people, understand how everything works better than just watching you do it :D
Your ships-boats have to have a plank, yes villagers can and will walk the plank. Don't think you can keelhaul them in minecraft, but its worth a try. Actually I think in 1.21 you can use a lead on villagers so who knows. If your into cloning you could salvage the sunken ship and reuse it somewhere.
15:55 seeing the possibilities and testing things out is cool, it's awesome. If you wanted to just show off the finished product, you could do those in shorts to both show how you got to it in the full video, and then shorts to show off the final products and final builds of things.
These videos, particularly hearing the plan for a roman navy, inspired me to start a new world with Greek builds. I know, not Roman, but I also love Greek mythology and I've been debating on doing a world based on the bronze age, with the Celts and Gauls, like building the different territories. I built a temple for Apollo and am currently working on an awesome cave and turning it into the underworld and building the River Styx. It's in creative, but I've always preferred the build aspect in Minecraft for as long as I've been playing (since 2011, I'm old 🫠) I love the current style of your videos. It's not screwing up, it's a learning process. I like watching the trouble shooting and problem solving.
oh my gosh I love this idea of making a bronze age world! I love greek mythology and am working on a greek world as well. But I never thought to include more of the ancient world. I love the Sumerians and would totally add that as well. I want to build an Athens down the road from Legion's Rome 😄
Im so in love with the panda area!😍 It's so nice decorated. They must be very lucky to live in there 😊. And the boat... i was so scared that you made it just a little tooo big 😅 but it's perfect! Well done Legion 😊👍🏻
I really enjoy watching you try different things and figuring out works and what doesn't. The rambling commentary is enjoyable and one of the reasons I watch. 😊 I suggest Salacia for the name of the large ship. I can't wait to see the next video!!
Before I forget, I just wanted to comment and say that I don’t mind you rambling on longer projects instead of Timelapse’s. Random thoughts are one of my favorite things to hear you talk about actually, usually because I have your videos going in the background. Because of this, time lapses just take up more video time and don’t really accomplish what I’m looking for in the video because I’m not always watching the screen 😂❤ all the love. Your videos are always so much fun, either way.
I haven't seen any comments about this, so For the tree farm, you don't need multiple levels. Just one flat plane with a raised edge to keep the water from spilling out. Place the water far enough out that its natural stream length ends just before the hoppers, then you won't need signs or gates or anything to stop it. It'll flow over the chest without blocking it too And, while I'm not entirely sure about this one, I'm pretty sure you can put the automatic bonemeal underground and it'll still work if the dispenser is pointed straight up. Might need some testing on that one
I like watching some of the slow build, gives me a chance to zone out and not feel like I missed something important. 😊 Also the perfect opportunity to think up names, or design ideas, etc. to recommend for the next video.
@DaxxiDies *chuckles* I very much approve of this naming suggestion. Although, if Morrigan was to be captured, it was done so willingly. One should consider why the Celtic Goddess of Battle, Fate, and Death would allow to be captured. I would phrase it as an honoring name offering rather than capture. Amusing suggestion nonetheless.
Good stuff Legion, boat looks sharp. (SHIP!!! Ship looks nice) Keep up the great work. On the topic of experiments within creative, I’m all for it, think it should be shown in some capacity in video though, watching others figure out their questions is strangely entertaining to me

Practicing in creative and pretending you just knew might make it feel a little more staged, which would also be totally fine. But mistakes are natural and I think they add a nice touch tbh 💞

Correct me if I’m wrong Legion, but I believe the longest running currency in Rome, was the “Silver Denarius”, a single Silver Denarius would be equivalent to 43.50 in today’s U.S. dollar.

Please keep the videos conversational, I love the way you make youe videos, how long they are, your cinematics, along with just watching you place blocks!
I have a name suggestion for the goat in the boat at the snow castle, referring to when you said "the goat knows". Maybe you could name him Aurelius. Like Marcus Aurelius. Love the videos btw keep up the great work! ❤️
Hey, so axolotls love to breathe air too. That could be why they’re getting stuck in that corner. So instead of having their entire enclosure in water, try leaving some dry blocks in there so they can go between both!!
Having watched 100's of videos with people both talking at tripple speed while doing their builds at mach speed. Well. Think it's safe to say I love your way of doing videos a whole lot more Legion. Please keep up the fantastic work you do. Already waiting (impatiently lol) for your next video drop. 😅
I'd personally prefer watching the struggling process. Feels more relatable to know that even the Great Imperator can make mistakes and changes to a beautiful build.

Idk if you're interested in using stuff like that or not but they exist
Never doubted your skills for a second
Can confidently say I've got through the video though
Enjoyable as always
Great, as always. Can't wait for the next one.
1:42:14 for the building of the floor and other times. Since in the past you have asked for book reccomendations perhaps you can give us book reviews of the books you have read. If you don't follow Skyes, he does movie/tv show reviews during these times when he is building a giant wall or something.
Loooove your videos! And the style of mixing with timelapse with facts and just following your steps🤩 and love your style of building! 🫶🏼
I love when there’s a new video from you !!
