Great video, very detailed! Some teaching points I like to mention when covering these is to always have a blade pointing down ice. I see some players rotate their blades and they fall, or slow down a lot. For the backwards one just like you mentioned it's important to stay low. With a good knee bend backwards, to forwards you can accelerate in the last step, but only if the glide leg is bent. I'm liking these new videos in the basement.
just did a promo video for this video.. launching Monday morning.. hope it helps my friend! great stuff... i hope to have some of those synthetic ice tiles in my basement soon! my kids would love me for it! I hope the promo helps --- Brent #uch

Thanks! This tutorial is highly appreciated here.
Great stuff even a 15 year old AAA player, you can never stop improving
Really helpful and useful.
Does that floor make your skates dull.? Is it better with dull skates or sharp skates.?
Hi there - it does require you to sharpen your skates a little more often due to the slightly higher resistance than regular ice
Do you have a drill, maybe on the dots for players to repeat practice mohawks and pivots?
Instruction starts at 2:50
So great thanks!
is that fake ice??? how did j get it???
awesome dude this is great! did you add that wall to the right? -- Brent
