- আইপিওর মাধ্যমে এক বছরে শেয়ার বাজার থেকে যে পরিমাণ মূলধন উত্তোলন করা হয়, অনেক ব্যাংকের একটি শাখা থেকেও তার চেয়ে বেশি ঋণ দেওয়া হয়। ভালো কোম্পানিগুলোকে পুঁজিবাজারমুখী করে আইপিওর সংখ্যা কমপক্ষে দ্বিগুণ করা উচিত, সংস্কার দরকার সংশ্লিষ্ট পলিসি এবং নিয়ম কানুনে। শেয়ার বাজারে ভালো কোম্পানির সংখ্যা না বাড়লে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বিনিয়োগ বাড়ানো কঠিন।

বাজার বড় করতে হবে যাতে আরও বেশি বশি ঘুষ-দুর্নীতি লুটপাট অনিয়ম পাচার আত্মসাত ব্যাংক লুট রিজার্ভ চুরি ইত্যাদি করা যায়।
Whatever good companies we already have in this market are struggling in this market. Most of them are heavily under price, how can bringing more and more good company solve this problem?

Sir, it is not clear to us why the companies are allowed to come for IPO with premium? Are these judged properly by the concerned or there was hide ,& seek , dhandhabazi, if not so then why the related share price is under premium value?

এটা একটা জুয়া খেলার বাজার।
পুজিবাজার নিয়ে যারা আলোচনা করতে আসে তারা বেশিরভাগ ই পুথিগত বিদ্যা দিয়ে আলোচনা করেন । আজকের অতিথি বলছেন মার্কেটে ভালো শেয়ার নাই , আমার প্রশ্ন আসলেই কি তাই ? জিপি , বেট বিসি আরও অনেক কোম্পানির নাম বলতে পারি তারা কি ভালো কোম্পানি না ?
