I wonder how to keep this house warm in winter, and keep it nice in hot Summer ?. If the energy bill was masses, it would be hard to live in it. It is not a nice house, I would not build such a house. It needs to be environment friendly.
You guys did a amazing job doing that house I I don't think anybody could have expected what you guys had planned to make of that property and it's amazing..
You must admit these people are very talented using what they have to work with. And it's not junk material! Like many cancer causing stuff we have here🤔 That's ok if we all done and liked everything the same how boring things would be.
@Connie Baughman I agree, they are very talented and a lot of hard work went into this building. I was just saying they don't need to use so much concrete especially between the floors and the stairs and they are clever and talented enough to use other materials.
Are you kidding me? this is China, they don't give a crap about the planet.....The workmanship is first class with what they have to work with....I would be suicidal if that all came crashing down in an earthquake......The house behind had a beautiful view, until they built this BIGGER house in front of it.

There has to be part 2
The amount of concrete used for this one building is obscene! Concrete is so bad for the environment, other materials could have been used instead.
Concrete is actually recyclable & reusable as road base & other such things. It does not have to just waste away forever in place where it was poured.
@Ashley Falcon look at how much co2 goes into the environment to make cement.
