I did not create the music or the cartoons. But I did make the AMV
ive never seen a music video for a tv show like this that was able to get such a huge message across. the message in this video so good that there arent even any people making bad comments.
One of the greatest music videos ive ever seen. cant stop playing it.
Static Shock was one awesome show, and this video is a perfect example of it :)
this is a great video, with an awesome message. :)
Oh, gosh. I cannot tell you how amazing this was. Just... It definitely speaks to you.
Static was always one of my favorites for this exact reason. They showed violence then preached against it, now it seems like all the cartoons are just trying to sensor it out completely.
I got my teacher to show "Jimmy" during class when all those school shootings were going down a while back. I made some of the kids cry.
But as per usual, a couple made fun of it.
BEST STATIC SHOCK VID EVER!!!
static was my favorite show when i was younger and it made it an even bigger favorite when i saw Jimmy because it shows the side effects what bullying a person can do
You are right Static😢😭.
This was a great episode, and choice to use for the amv, nice gun warning at the end too, but if you wanted to use a little brother ep, there was an ep where an older brother actually WAS using his little brother to commit crimes, but either way, nice work, I liked it a lot.
Nice song, I never realized just how actually to life Static Shock was till this vid. Funny right? Great Vid, and even better message.
I never saw this show before when was it on P.S. Amazing video
I liked that episode because it touched on a real issue. however am I the only one that thinks that it sounded like they were blaming the kid with the gun for what happened "kids are killed by guns kids are arrested for having guns." like hey focus on the fact that the kids are usually TORMENTED by OTHER PEOPLE. guns don't constantly harass you or push you in lockers or beat on you. PEOPLE do that and its really sad that authorities and the school systems would rather bring up the fact that the kid had a gun instead of addressing the fact that OTHER STUDENTS pushed him that far
One of the only AMV's to ever make me cry.
Agreed that "Don't like them, don't talk to them." is the best concept I've heard. I was harassed relentlessly myself- for no reason other than I was a loner with no interest in trends gossip or any other such nonsense.
Static got me through my high school years and several episodes always manage to make me cry- particularly this one and 'Frozen Out'.
Great vid. 5/5 & faves
BrokenAndFallen I'm glad a show like static could do that for you I watched static shock when new episodes were still out and ever one of them touched me and tought me a lot so if they bring the show back and do it good like the flash or arrow then I will be happy that one show form a log time ago came back right
Allie Langford Was Virgil's Rival
This might not mean much because I'm the sensitive type, but I actually started crying during this video. It said so much in so little time. All of this is true I think.
This is such as epic song!
This video, was one of the first I ever watched on you tube. It will stick with me forever. Amazing job.
Dude I hope Warner Bros. is going to make a live-action film of Static Shock! That would be the shit!!! >:-)
