With the Multiverse being a hot topic for Marvel in 2022, there are now endless possibilities for old Marvel characters (as well as the new) making an appearance. It also creates the opportunity for resurrection as any deceased heroes may very well be alive in an alternate universe and could therefore cross into the MCU. One of those fallen heroes is Black Widow - who sacrificed herself in order to gain the Soul Stone in Avengers: Endgame.
Following the release of Black Widow (2021), it was said that the Director discussed having a whistle in return to Yelena's whistle in the Post-Credits scene, when she visits Natasha's grave, thus implying that Black Widow is still alive and well. OR, after recent events, it may be that a Natasha from another universe crossed over into the MCU and visited Yelena.

Since then natasha's trying everything to kill Evil doctor strange and finally she comes to this Earth following evil DS.

As interesting as it would be for natasha to come back, I think everything is over and I prefer yelena following her legacy as a black widow or white widow in the next stages. However, I see a lot of Yelena starring in Black Widow 2 with the Winter Guard as a supporting role against Omega Red as rumors indicate that it would be the villain, another series starring Yelena and adjusting the widowverse and may have Niko Constantin as villain, he'd been the only operative to have ever come close to satisfying Department X's Red Room, back in the original trails of the Wolf Spider Experiment; but his psych evaluations had been borderline at best, and psychotic at worst, bring in other characters like ava orlova and other original widows. It's pretty obvious they're going to give yelena some natasha stories from the comics as the character herself doesn't have many stories and she throws a lot of energies 616 nat, with this whole multiverse thing could catch natasha's death in the secret empire by steve rogers da hydra and come back as a clone or adapt her as a super adaptoid, developing it she discovers the existence of the dark room along with melina instead of hawkeye / winter soldier in Tales of Suspense. She would end up meeting with a clone of natasha and could be in control of anya the recluse or pretending all the time like black widow 3 plot. And of course to have more tension melina would be double agent again and we would have her death or alexei's .
