Hi chef I am a working professional, born brought up and living in Delhi. Infact for last 7 generations. I am now 50+ but I still remember the days when my mother use to cook me this roti and it was always paired with Rajasthani khadi. I dont know why, since i never asked her. the combination was good and U dont ask your mother why she uses specific combination of food. You grow upon them and you say " Maa, aaj kuba roti banaogi". Unfortunatelyshe died in 2003 but she instilled in me a sense of taste, recognition of spices, their combinations and what not. I find cooking to be relaxing and therapeutic. I cook... period! for fun as well as sustainainnce. I try to learn and cook new dishes, Thanks to you and your likes. I have fed my family some of your fabulous tasting dishes. लहसुन का छिलका निकालने का अच्छा तरीका बताया।खोबा रोटी नाम ही आज सुना।और बनते हुए भी देखी।अच्छी बनाकर बताई।घी मे तर ,गरम गरम तो बहुत अच्छी लगेगी। चटनी के क्या कहने,दाल चावल रोटी पराठा के साथ भी खा सकते हैं ।भूनी लहसुन की सुगंध वाली अलग ही स्वाद देगी। बहुत धन्यवाद ।

I tried लहसुन चटनी और khoba रोटी ।As much as I enjoyed making them, i enjoyed eating them too। I never enjoyed cooking before, but simple रेसिपीज like these have made me active in the kitchen।Thank you. May God give you much greater success.
