I am going through the major transit of this gene key from quite a while and I can’t tell you, how much I resonate with this. I found this at the right point in my life. Thankyou so much for explaining this so clearly even touching the subconscious aspects of it❤. I recently completed vipassana meditation training and I feel I am able to really observe and apply this learning in my life. I am able to really observe my body reacting to emotions of others and how it is linked to my own deep rooted pains. I used to avoid listening to pains of others because it brings out my own pains and discomfort subconsciously. Vipassana also teaches us the same technique of being observer instead of reacting. It is a transformative experience for me. ❤❤
