I'm assuming there are a lot of us who have bought new thinking they were bad because they skipped and wouldn't turn. Turns out that it simply needed adjustment.
Damn wish I woulda watched this before pulling the rack out. Buddy gave me one but the splined shaft is smaller. So Cleaned the old one up and swapped the springs and spacers and now it seems tight again may have saved my weekend
So was that your problem? Didn’t see an update after this video. Was it just dirty and not allowing the right pressure to be applied because of the dirt?
