I have been trying to plow my way through the Pipedrive trainings, but omgosh they are boring as heck and not really all that practically in their approach. I am LOVING your straight to the point and practical approach.
Haha, thanks Bethany!
I really like your pipe-videos. simple but so effectiv! :)
agreed
Hi Paul,
How do you manage the process of sending proposals to customers?
Thank you for these great videos
Thanks Desire
Thank you for valuable information. I have a question if we have pipedrive integrated with prospect.io and set up configuration that only prospects who replies should go into pipedrive then can we set up a setting using which prospects of different campaigns should go in different pipelines in pipedrive or we have to manually add them to different pipelines?
Baljeet, you can setup a workflow automation from Prospect.io to Pipedrive to automatically add prospects to a pipeline when a certain event happens. In your case, if the prospect joins a specific campaign in Prospect.io, they can automatically be added to a Pipedrive pipeline. Let me know if you need help setting it up.
Hey man. I just started learning PD as a BD intern. Your videos are of great help. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us!
Thanks a lot. Great to hear they've been useful. Good luck in your intern role 😀
Hey Paul, I see you have 'Deal Score' under Details. Are you manually entering a number into that field or are you using a Lead Scoring software to populate it? If you're using a Lead Scoring software, which one are you using? Thanks.
This is just a dropdown menu with options. So when I meet someone, I ask how they found me. I can then choose from a list of options like: Google, RUclips, Referral
FNG here, just signed up for teh trial. I am testing new contacts and I pressed the lost button and where does the contact go when you press lost?
It is still in the system, it's just hidden from the deal pipeline as the deal is no longer active. But if you search for the name of the person, you should find the deal in the system.
The calendar sync is a great feature, but they really need to support other providers/alternatives than just Google.
It does now support Microsoft 365, Exchange and Office.
What is the difference between description and Notes in activity section
One is public so invitees will see the description. Notes is private and invitees can't see it.
What's Asana Integration?
Hey Paul any chance we can connect on a call!?!?
What do you do with deals that dont close now but they might in the future?
Sebastian Chuffer set the “expected close date” 6 months out or whatever is a longer sales cycle for your product-service. Does that help?
@@nickcangelosi1836 Thanks Nicholas! I've never used ¨expected close date¨. What does it do?
@sebastian Chuffer when your in the deal part, make sure to set your “Probability” percentage to 75% or whatever you feel your chances are for that deal, the you go to “Expected Close Date” and set it for whatever you desire, I usually set them in 3 month (Quarters) interverals I.e 10/31/2019. Would welcome us to connect on a call, email me at njcangelosi@gmail.com, we set up from there. Cheers look forward to chatting and sharing experiences.
@@nickcangelosi1836 Thanks!
@@minor-co Sounds good. When do you decide to mark it as Lost? For me its usually not so clear.
