Those faux florals are amazing. My home in Florida was built in 1940 before air conditioning so there is not a lot of sunshine coming into the house as the point was to keep the house cool. So real plants aren't feasible. Most faux florals look cheap and fake. The florals you showed are gorgeous. I need some in my home. The perfect solution. Also the vases make me hyperventilate. 😁

I’ve been inspired by your bronze/brass pieces so I bought some ceramic orbs and used gloss gold and matt black spray paint to make them look like antique brass using a few techniques. They are so realistic that I did some Christmas bells as well. Thank you for upping my decor choices and artistry! I love them and going to do it on a vase or two.

We only made it to the outside area of the Louvre since it is closed on Tuesday. We went to the Musee d’Orsay art museum instead. I spent an hour in their gift shop and brought back several art coffee table books! I bet the Louvre gift shop was amazing!
Orsay is a beautiful museum as well. We haven't been in years but it was so beautiful!
I can’t believe you filled all your negative space above your mantel!! I had a mirror up for many years but when you inspired me to paint my fireplace black ( night club ) I’ve kept my corner of white books, candles, etc. and I’ve not tired of all the negative space ( yet ). THOSE HYDRANGEAS ARE STUNNING!!!!!!!!!

The tall vase on the fireplace is the best one yet!! And, yes, you should definitely order the black candle holder on the fireplace in gold (or the other color). I think it would "pop" better than the black-colored one and would look much better.
The piece is pretty, but you're right another color would pop, because I almost didn't notice it.😊
