So funny to see Lyn sweeping the outside of the house using much effort..😅😂..sir the right way to peel pomelo is to cut or slice the top and bottom of it as if like a fish cutting its head and tail..but make sure don't cut it's pulp bits..after doing that hold the pomelo by hand the then cut it in shallow way from to bottom or vice versa in any division..then you can easily peel with no effort to use..😮

You need to score the rind of pomelo all around with a knife to make it easy to peel off, also the bitterness comes from the rind itself so you have to remove everything and leave only the thin skin of the pomelo before eating. :-)
peel it using a knife next time since the skin is thick. that is how vendors peel pomelo. hehe you can also ask them to peel it for you next time. some vendors does that.
Oliver is getting really tall. Pomelo has a lot of vitamin C but if you are taking blood pressure or cholesterol medication it's not good. Pomelo should be good for Daddy Won since he is just recovering from sickness. Seems you have a nice house. Is this your long term residence?

put salt if you find bitter pomelo. it helps improve the taste. also use a knife to cut off the peel so it's easier to remove the pith

Pomelo is a very healthy food, vit. C and good for digestions
When you eat the pomelo, try to avoid eating the soft cotton-like skin.
They add bitterness.
You have to clean it really good, no skins.
