after talking with vil for a bit i think a better fix for diamante would be to change his talent to "Attacks deal 15% of attack as elemental damage. When attacking enemies under necrosis fallout, effect is doubled."
this could also work as just a default for primal casters (changed to their respective elements) and that'd also be completely acceptable. just being able to have a little bit of that "true" damage at all times would be really cool, without encroaching on the territory of ritualists.

Totally agree with you about primal caster. It's so wild to me that the best caster at inflicting necrosis dmg currently is a core caster (with 5 different side jobs), and the second best is EBENHOLZ. I get that HG wants them to be paired with ritualist but c'mon. Ritualist deals more dmg than them or sth (i made this up)

Also, sorry Diamante's change would not be completely fine that's absurdly OD.
What you do is make him deal necrosis-allied based on damage dealt AND you make his talent completely different. As they are right now he deals less elemental dps than necrosis fallout, meaning he isn't actually worth using if you already have a necrosis user.
The best thing for him would be to ditch being a primal caster so he could be a core caster and then change his talent significantly. There are a lotta options for talent changes.
For example, make him deal 15% of attack as elemental damage against a target under elemental burst and slow them for 1.2 seconds.
Or, you could make him always deal 25% of attack as elemental damage with autos but that's doubled against goobers under necrosis fallout.
Make him hit twice when hitting necrosis fallouted enemies, make him deal necrosis/second to enemies below X necrosis health and then deal elemental/second to enemies under necrosis fallout. * Anything * is better than the talent we already got in our opinion.
