    It’s incredible that producers do this. Reveal all their secrets. they never used to do that before

    • @exitparadise2244
      @exitparadise2244 6 лет назад +5

      well, a lot of the secret is the ORDER in which they do/add things. It's like a house of cards.

    • @GamingGeek7
      @GamingGeek7 5 лет назад +10

      It will also take an intelligent mind to implement those secrets. Simply knowing the secrets won't make anybody like them.

      STIG Zero Proof?

    • @costinvaly1
      @costinvaly1 4 года назад +4

      that's because they know it's not their "secrets" that makes a record. It's the man behind the craft. His secrets won't give you his skills, his taste in sound selection, his taste in tweaking every new sound he's introducing in a new song that he hasn't introduced before, etc. You people are overrating the "secrets" too much. Just cause he's showing what and how he did it, it doesn't mean it will put you on the radio and give you a magic chance in the industry. Work won't be replaced by no secret. Work hard and keep the common sense active throughout the process.

    • @costinvaly1
      @costinvaly1 4 года назад

      @STIG Zero just because he had no clue in the past it doesn't mean he'll never have any later, especially if he kept fixing the areas where he was lacking by putting in a lot of consistent work. I know genius producers/sound designers who are still not famous because they're not consistent and neither commited to a pro career. Your hate against his success is quite obvious. It always take a team behind any famous artist btw, no matter what. Get off the couch and stop being a potato. If you worked with him in the past yet he's famous now and you're not, that simply proves who put in the biggest effort till this day between the two of you. Peace.

    Thank god somebody else is using Protools for production and not just mixing. So refreshing to see.

    • @Tazmanian_Ninja
      @Tazmanian_Ninja 6 лет назад

      Why? How's it refreshing?
      (genuine curiosity)

    • @korglegend
      @korglegend 6 лет назад +5

      Because all the tutorials for Dance (EDM, techno, trap, house etc etc) seem to either be using Ableton Live, FL Studio, or Logic. This is the first tutorial Ive seen for that genre, where they are using protools. Its very welcome from me, cause I use Protools too, and i have since 2005, I was told at the time its the industry standard, when I studied audio engineering at college. That is true for recording and mixing, but for the stuff i do, its always Ableton Live, FL Studio, or Logic thats used in the tutorials i watch.

    • @philbaileyTV
      @philbaileyTV 6 лет назад

      Yeah definitely refreshing to see pro tools being used for this type of music. Also annoys me when you see most electronic music tutorials always shown on other DAW's. Not because theres anything wrong with the other DAW's, it's just nice to see how it's achieved in pro tools. I'm sure theres lots of people in the industry who produce in pro tools 'behind the scenes', just you don't see much representations on youtube.

    • @Tazmanian_Ninja
      @Tazmanian_Ninja 5 лет назад

      @@korglegend True. And what I find nice, is that he's committing lots of stuff to audio. Committing to audio has, IMO, a "benefit in disguise": it makes you stop looking at the notes, and just listen to the sound. The music.

    Im abit confused with the piano ...I thought the intention was for one to fill the stero feild and for the other one remain more mono...So why add H delay to both of them ??? ..Would appreciate an answer from anyone who knows why :)

    • @dinfluence30
      @dinfluence30 6 лет назад +1

      Genre Fluid Type beats i understand your point. Cause in my opinion there should not be a delay on the monopart.. otherwise it will bounce around the stereo field

    anybody understood the order of composition? Sigala received the acapella and then worked around it? (He was saying how he is throwing around chords that work with the vocals, to find the right ones) A bit unusual, I believe that usually you start with a track... then add topline melody...
