After watching the series like 5 or 6 times, I feel like Rob is at fault for Theon’s betrayal. Every time Theon tried to support the family and be a part of it, Rob made it clear that Theon is NOT a Stark. That made him easily manipulated by Yara and his father.

Conleth Hill is more than a serious actor on-screen, he's a comedy actor IRL, and he's like a comedian. Varys makes poor decisions, where he has gone completely mental from start to finish, yet lasted longer than Littlefinger. 🤣

There does seem to be, in general, a connection between being good at acting dramatic and being funny the rest of the time.
Sorta like how some of the absolute funniest people (e.g. Robin Williams, Jim Carrey) are, inside, not very sunny and jovial.
