    You are very careful to remove all of the rootstock. Will something bad happen if some is left or is it just for the long-term aesthetics? Thanks!

      some parts will dry off eventually but best to clean properly to avoid rotting

    Incredible root growth there. Mine are only a cm or two after a month.

    Is that definitely one month? Root growth and pups look like more than one month.

    I'm trying to root a couple degrafted ferocactus glaucescens split rock. They look like they are very slowly developing roots, but they are becoming very shriveled. Is there any way to rehydrate them? Will they be okay without more water?

    How can it produce the pups within 1 month? How can roots grow so dense just in a month?

    • @SilvermoonGarden
      @SilvermoonGarden  Год назад +1

      1. pups are not produced in a month

      Some cacti used for grafting die after a while, some people prefer the degrafted look, and also they might just want the rootstock and scion as opposed to only the scion growing
