@@Makflies , Johan ( met Een " N " ) , I couldn't have said it better . I watch MAk's video's religiously . I'll be tying some of these this evening, here in Sunny Zuid Afrika
Hi Nicole Thank you for the comment,, I am using Sticky Velcro on a wooden Stick, ANd Varnish Seals the knot and make it stronger and Waterproof, Regards Mak
@@Makflies Thanks for the speedy reply. I found an outfit that sells it in the US: Stone River Outfitters. Actually, size 20 is a boat anchor in Colorado. We frequently tie down to size 26 and even size 28 - 30 are not unusual. For example, see Gamakatsu C12-BM Barbless Large Eye Midge Hooks. I had the experience that Tricos in size 24 were refused. I dropped to size 26 and started catching fish. My 87 year old friend ties his midges down to size 32.
Great work, i always enjoy your videos as they are very well made, with clear image and instructions. Greetings from South Africa.
Thank you Johan ,, I really appreciate that, I am glad you are enjoying my Videos, thanks for watching

Hi Mak, what species do you like to use this fly for? Trout in mayfly season?
Thank you G Bank,, It's mainly for Tout & Grayling River Fishing , 😊 😊
Thanks for posting. What wax do you use? I suspect tying this down to a size 20 would be effective when midges are keyed on by fish.
Thank you friend, I am using Prepared Wax from Veniard, you must have a good Eyes for size 20 lol,,:)))
