- This is my favorite 2nd gen Camaro of all time...Road Rage debuted at SEMA 2018 and I was front and center waiting for the cover to come off. I absolutely love this car and always wondered if it drove as good as it looks...that question has been answered with a massive "HELL YES!!!" And that 454 LSX making 750 naturally aspirated HP is simply glorious. This our 3rd and final episode with Roadster Shop but we will most definitely be back for more with these guys so sit back and enjoy the ride...

just one question if the intake is open what if its a rainny day or overall you live in a city that is so big that weather road and other condition changes every 10km what about air dust and and other chanllenges how does it effect the engine
Being a second gen F-Body guy that I am this car rocks, and Shawn all of those little shit eating grins tells it all , when I seen the grins I actually felt good like I was in the car myself. It sounds great and looks awesome. The colors are great together, the stance just everything about it is just right on. It just brings out the little boy in me. I would dig having your job and drive a few of these cars, I don't think the smile would ever leave my face, and a yard on for life.😁🏁, Thanks for sharing these awesome videos, thanks again.

This car is a 10/10 for me. Love the quality of the interior. Glad they didn't try to make the car 1000hp or more. 700 is more than enough to have fun on street.
You haven't been on the street these days. Im guessing, between TT Audi's, Blown ZR1'S, even big Turbo Fox Body's with well over 1,200 HP running around the streets of Texas. HELL, there are even some guys around here with F150's putting down well over 1,000 HP. Now tell me, again, 750 HP is ENOUGH power for the money this car costs. Enough if you just wanna go pick up grocery's, or take your wifes boyfriend to pick up his laundry maybe.
Agreed, 700HP to wheels is more than enough for a fun streetable car. Anybody that says differently hasn’t driven a car with that much HP.
Sorry if my comment was a little harsh, and and made you think I was coming from a place in life, that has me agreeing with old farts who have so much money to blow on ART cars, they will gladly pay the 200-300K, hell probably 1.5 Million, for a car like this, only to the next day, but get it home, and realize that all the money, time, and paint in the world, will never win races, and im just a little sick of all the B.S. shows like this, that are once again, filthy rich guy pissing contests. BTW, I would take a mint square body over an art car any day. At least when im getting the grocery's in that, I wont look like a complete tool. BTW, HOW much money, would you pay for this car? Something that just by looking at it, tells me you had better make a phone call to the weather network, cause I would sure as hell hate trying to drive this thing, even if it was raining 4 states away. I wonder how many big brains it took, before they realized they FUCKED up building the intake for this car? AND one last thing. @@seananon4893 If it's lightweight 1200hp with good handling then it's pretty impressive. I'm sure this car could be set up with that much power and not too much extra weight.

Not gonna lie, this car brought tears to my eyes. The incredible amount of artistic detail and the fact that I will never have anything this beautiful in my life.
That's not the winning attitude my dude! If building cars is a passion of yours then start putting in the work today to make that dream happen in the future! The hardest step is the first step, overcome those mental obstacles.
That car looks like the business. The stance is so muscular and so right, you just know it is going to be a monster on a road course.
The rear design of that car is unparalleled among American vehicles.

I'm not sure , it looks like it's crapping an original car from certain perspective . These 2n g3n early Camaros are In top 3 design for the era for me , I like it but the back I'm not sure to say perfect even if I like it . I'm struggling with the Colors and GOLD , it's very Pontiac. I'm OK with the rough rivet function wide body . The squeaky coil overs might be a problem . Interior is PERFECT , Perfect but I would want something that slides over to hide screen and make it even MORE basic In the BEST POSSIBLE WAY , just love the interior .
Different paint and theme and no gold and something to close the back of like thick lexan to try and quiet the coil overs .
It was said hate it or love it but I'm in the middle with 70 -80 % love and if the owner digs it with the gold and the squeaks OK, I have problems with noise and on video it made my blood pressure high . But lots of great stuff .
I have always said I thought these camaros look Italian and always told NO BUT top 3 designs for me personally of entire muscle car era . I want a simple interior with analog looking guagues
Modern z06 meats out back with the flairs is awesome . I love it but would have custom ordered some tiny changes to taste .

That interior is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It is factory level cohesion. Everything looks like it belongs and everything looks right. That is one inviting interior. The colour and the shapes and the proportions are all just outstanding. So many custom interiors look radical, but not all the colours and shapes and proportions are so solid looking as these. There is no hint of anything being flimsy or not built to last a lifetime of use.
I adore the interior but would like something to pull over the screen to make interior look even more high 3nd mateial but kind of period , simple and analog looking Guage but I hate seeing the SCREEN when not being used , closed off when not using would be swanky spartan , love the interior except for cabin noise from canted coiliver squeaks , that would need a fix for squeak noise reduction .

Love the Anarchy letter "A" under the hood in the Road Rage valve cover logo. This car is almost an exercise in overthinking but I think it falls short (in good taste). And that's a really sick view from the driver's seat over the hood! Looks like an ICBM missile launching site.

I'm a big fan of that ride, this has to be one of the sexiest Camaro's I've ever seen and in my favourite colour, I love it and wish it was mine.
I wish these hi-end custom sports cars would publish its specs like weight, 0-60, 1/4 top speed, skid pad, rear ratio. trans ratios. Hire a driver and put it on a track. It is such a beauty. I want to know the sum of it parts.

What was the total cost of the project? How much did the custom made louver cost? Very curious. Sounds like everything was done ultra premium with no cut corners.
No cut corners is the truth. This project had to be at least $500K but likely more…a lot more

I've seen this car a number of times at the wauconda car show, it truly is one of the most insane and beautiful cars I've ever seen! That cantilever suspension has to be one of my favorite features of this work of art, just mind blowing!

After hearing your excitement on the podcast about possibly getting to film this car. It is awesome to see you got to experience it.
I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!! I even love the wheels and I'm so particular about wheels man. I even love the gold with the blue. You know what would be just, unbelievably badass? Change the blue to black. Keep everything else the same, but with a super dark like tuxedo black. 4 coats of clear wet sanded and buffed to a glass finish. Who cares about premature oxidation on a hyper custom like this? If you don't know that orange peel texture is actually for a reason. It breaks up the sunlight on the surface of the car and actually gives the paint a bit more longevity.
Going forward; builds like these are the next generation of exotic cars. Hot damn I have to up my career to be able to afford this.

If that was in Forest Green, I'd love it, but there's very few blue shades that I care for..... damnit 😅
Edit: exactly to my point, the two blue shades in the drawn renderings, two different shades of blue, both much better shades than the one that was actually sprayed, in my opinion... still rather gone with the classic '70 Forest Green Poly with those gold accents, but that first rendered, almost Porsche Gulf, Miessen, or Olympic Blue would've been dope.
That interior is amazing but it sounds like a symphony. The exhaust is out of this 🌎 🎶 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶.

Why do I keep thinking “Greenwood Corvette” when I see the rear end. Love this. I was lightly skeptical……. It’s my fav Camaro and I thought it might be over the top. I was so wrong.

The combination of Road Shop engineering and Avante Guard interior on the builds is like nothing else on the road. Most impressed I’ve ever been.. not usually into “restomods” but what you guys do is in another league altogether!!

Cool. They retained the factory windshield with the integrated radio antenna. I haven’t seen that since my dad sold his 1981 El Camino when I was kid lol.

I watched the Oil and Whiskey Podcast episode with Shawn last night and I can tell just how pumped he is to finally experience this absolute beast of a car. I remember seeing that induction stack on the thumbnail of your Sema 2018 video & going holy s***. Any time I see rear cantilever coilovers I always think of the Anvil Mustang cause that's the 1st car I ever seen with that setup. Also, same here I enjoy subtle badging. I either like a car being badgeless or having minimal ones. All in all, a hell of a build. Perfect interior, tastefully widened, sounds killer & mechanically ideal.
