his other dps was sombra as well, the lowest dps among the dps in the game - sombra's effectiveness doesn't entirely rely on dps, if he can just go around hacking the enemy tank, that's alone gives a lot of benefit to the team.

On ilios in plat, After the first round, i once witnesed our tank having 11 TIMES, ELEVEN (XI) Times the enemy tank's dmg, it was orisa vs rein, and it was legendary
I was once playing dva and by the end of the game I had 10 times more damage then anyone else on my team and got 38 more elims then every other teammate.
And we still lost. It was ranked.
Connor was just saving all his damage for that comment at the end. No amount of double shields would've saved you from that

Exactly high elo dps players know: "the higher the dmg number, the better the player. 200 dmg on widow is nothing compared to 2k on soldier! Disregarding the fact that soldier killed no one and widow got a fight winning pick! Just remember guys, moira is the best character in the game because she has the most stats. Lucio is worthless because he doesnt heal much.

When season ended last time it mass jumped peoples rank for someone in ranked. I saw gold players jumped up to masters and grand masters for some reason.
You could tell they didn’t belong in these ranks either by looking at previous seasons and their play style was definitely plat and below.

Shouldn't it be damage divided by eliminations? To show how much of the damage wasn't just healed back up?
Healed damage is still useful, if supports are healing your damage they aren’t healing someone else
i mean, maybe if the other DPS guy actually helped do damage there would've been more eliminations, throughout the video there were so many people that were low on the enemy team but somehow they werent dying probably cuz the other guy was dicking around

Widow hitting 4 headshots is only 800 dmg so bastionmain holding m1 on a sig in trans is actually better than wiping the entire enemy team with this logic.

Isn't low damage but high eliminations a good thing? It means they're killing the enemy team instantly without giving the enemy healers enough time to heal
You're right, but in this scenario, not necessarily. 4k damage in a ranked game is abysmal, you can still get credit for kills just by shooting the enemy when they have 1 health left. Typically if a person is doing terrible, they get around 6-7k with sombra and widow, but with 4k idk even know what was happening.
I always find it funny when ppl think that every DPS will be able to put out the same damage/kill output when that’s literally just not the case skull 💀
He doesn't think that... Only trash players think that. You missed the point. They still had low dmg even for a sombra. 4K dmg at the end of 2 rounds when you only played sombra for not even half the game is terrible.

Umm actually, at the halfway point it was not 4x the other dps damage. Bastionmain required an additional 42 damage for that statement to be truthful. :)

"easiest dps" ? Well I get that you just point and click but that's the case for soldier as well. And since Bastion isn't the most viable dps, then that doesn't make him the easiest to play.
You can't argue that that conner person had a very low dmg amount, even compared to the other team's dps. Of course he won't have higher dmg than Bastion but 4k is very low.

Has less than 50% more elims with more than 4x the damage, shoots mostly the tank including during trans when already having ult, complains. I’m no top 500 but this really doesn’t seem the move. At least a good chunk of that damage wasn’t important. The other guy may be under performing but it don’t seem like to the point it’s worth flaming him. He’s outperforming the other dps
Bastions will get the highest dps regardless i am one myself and people always wanna use sniper characters, slow shooting characters like junkrat and reaper or even a sombra and they be playing around 🤣 me i just get straight to buisness why yall be out here playing ranked and gotta make things difficult got diamond in 2hrs 🤣
