@KeyraFord Real estate can be great for wealth building. However, it can also be quite expensive. I have done both as well as investment property. After all the repairs, maintenance, insurance, taxes, etc. sometimes renting put me in a better position to save and invest into stocks, retirement, business, etc. IMO It really depends on your location and how much owning a home cost vs. renting and how much your home would appreciate over time.

IMO It really depends on your location and how much owning a home cost vs. renting and how much your home would appreciate over time.
