There is so much to unpack. I really love how you both are able to use your knowledge and experience as leverage in crazy market so these situations are less risky for you
You guys got lucky that the selling agent told you. There's a no disclosure in Texas. I recently put in an offer for a property that got listed again, thinking the seller want something clean and simple to close asap. Nope, couldn't get it. It's crazier where I am in Texas. People are bidding 50k+ cash.
Wondering that too. Well we are in SO CA and it is not cheap neither. The lender we used picked their own PMI so we had no choice but to stick with them.
Great video. Love the way you both were able to educate the viewers on how an actual sale takes place (contingencies, appraisal, negotiation, etc.) Love the channel. ✊🏽🙏🏼
Hi Sharon! Love your content. Do you still live in Dallas? I wanted to buy there but reading the climate forecast is worrying me that I wouldn’t be able to resell in 5-10 years, or that I couldn’t hold the property long term. Wanted this to be my home for 3 years and then rent it out. Wondering your thoughts please let me know 😩🙏🏼
Hey Sharon and Sean, My husband and I are inspired by your video and are looking for homes in the Dallas area. We would be happy to connect with you. Thank you in advance, Rita
Which neighborhood in Dallas did you purchase your home in? It's difficult in good neighborhoods to have a property priced below 300k

Hello! How did you get only $46.43 for PMI? I've been asking around for a similar house's price with 5% down and I got $187-$200 PMI

You mentioned that you called listing agent. So did you use listing agent present as your buyer agent also? Or how? Thanks.
Awesome video. How much was the earnest money deposit?

Curious how much you guys had down for Ernest money deposit.
Hi, we are from Bay Area too. How did you end up choosing Dallas as a place to live vs the other cities in Texas?
Thanks for sharing this Sharon. I’ve Been to Texas before, kinda hot and humid but very affordable to live.
If or when u air bnb , it how much more cash flow will u earn , vs a long term rental ?
Hi Sharon! Which Dallas neighborhood is this? This sounds like a really awesome deal!
Yea! Can you please share :-) would like to know what neighborhood!
@@jasonc5595 a fictional one.
It's a great house and all I could think about is how it could be house hackerd/rented if you didn't need office and studio
Nice house! Congrats!! 🎉 🏠
Where did you get 3% interest rate?
How much roughly is the income expected from this house?
Can buy nice used beds or future to some extent, and the rest is new to save some $$ for some of us.

SUCCESS 2024.
🙌🏻
Why did they entertain the renegotiation on the price?
I’m the first one, please say hello to me 😍🙌🤩
Hi! :D
Why Dallas and not Houston?
The crash hasn't even started. You'll be under on this property. Smart thing is to wait for massive corrections that's coming
When do you think that’ll happen?
@texanboiii562 noone can time the bottom but in the last crash it took 2 years to hit bottom so I would say 2024-2025
I’ve been waiting for 3 years now. Hahah. Oh well, more time to save
I would not live in Dallas in a 10 mil mansion. Why Texas unless u from there? Lo barato sale caro
I’m the first one ☝️
its easier with 2 incomes.
