you are wrong sir. In OPS 50% of the Last Pay drawn per month is basic pension. Out of that 50% (40% commutation was also available). In case of death of the pensioner only 30% of the basic pay is paid as family pension. In case of death of pensioner within seven years of retirement, the family will get of enhanced family pension up to seven years from date of retirement. After that only 30% of LPD is given to family as family pension. Please analyse your reply before explaining to public. thank you and sorry for intervention.
