In Canada, not sure about the US. But the difference between Dec 31st & Jan 1st, is completely different school years and you will get your toddler home a whole extra year with you if born Jan 1st and beyond.

Ellie, I was the same way. The nurses were like watch your eyes haha. I put a pillow over my head and then they turned the lights out. I feel like it's private and intimate. I was ready to push so I didn't have the energy to tell them.

I had a c section and the hospital stay was 4 days it was the worst 4 days of my life I was in pain so my boyfriend went home to get our Xbox and we played the whole stay pretty much
Your boys are just the sweetest and I love how supportive they are of each other. Jackson I’m not a fan of pepperoni so if given a choice of the both of them I would choose cheese for sure although my favorite pizza of all time is Hawaiian. Happy New year to you all!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Such a cute way to spend New Years as a family. We were at my mum's house for Christmas/New Year and we took our daughter to a family fireworks display that was at 9pm. She absolutely loved it and we didn't have the problem of trying to keep her awake until midnight (she is 4).

Totally understand not having the electronics but I needed the distraction. With all 3 I didn't have typical contractions, I can't feel them, so the wait between my water broke (before arriving to the hospital) getting pitocin and being told I could push was long and boring. The actual pushing was super fast 18 mins was the longest but that wait to get to that point was 18 hours.
I can't believe Jackson and Calvin are old enough to stay up for new years now.
