Not sure - was just lucky to catch it. Was headed to work and I got stopped at the tracks on Maplewood so I snuck down Vaughan in time to catch it at Green. I did hear them coming into town late last night (like 11pm or so?) but it was too late, too dark, and too cold for me to venture out and see what was going on.

They must have picked up those tanks in the yard? I think they had come up from Rockingham Jct. as light power.
