  • In this technical discussion, we will look at the advantages and disadvantages of using framework agreements for the procurement of pharmaceutical and medical commodities in humanitarian contexts. Speakers Nikola Usenovic, International Medical Corps, and Mohamed Kassas, International Organization for Migration, will explore how framework contracts can streamline procurement processes, foster supplier relationships, and drive strategic goals such as sustainability and innovation, while balancing trade-offs and priorities.
This webinar was hosted by the Building Capacity to Improve Health Commodity Management in Humanitarian and Disaster Settings program, managed by JSI with funding from USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), and in coordination with IAPHL’s Humanitarian Commodities Logistics group.
The webinar is made possible by the generous support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The contents are the responsibility of JSI and do not necessarily reflect the views of USAID/BHA or the United States government.
