He started 12 years ago his first videos on his channel are from 2012. He only recently blew up so his skill was aquired over a long time of practicing.

You can watch his stream , he has done many times the same . So it is not by autotune.

This dude is on another level. He jas reverb on there but his vocals are just as crazy just not as much echo. He has videos of him doing this with mo effects and its just as mindblowing. 🤷 He deserves his flowers. He game changing.
Taras is a 2x Beatbox champion. Definitely check out the cover he did with his fellow beatboxer, Improver. The song is called "faded" by zhu, and Taras's original song is called "same" on his YT channel. No effects, just reverb so he doesn't have to record videos in the bathroom for that echo effect. It's only been a week since I first heard of him & he's been on loop 24/7. I never knew I'd like beatboxing this much, I'm definitely a fan now.

I think it’s mostly just reverb and no effects, similar beatboxing music are like stitch - feels like nothing, gene - metamorphosis, river - my way. I honestly just learned that he was in a beatboxing crew called Ya Ha Na so I think they’re decently new, but I’m not sure.
He makes all the sounds with his mouth, but the microphone helps. There may be an effect so that the sounds sound sharper, and definitely the reverb feature is turned on. But the man is the king.
From analysis I've heard, running theory is dynaim reverb and some slight delay. Otherwise no other effects but vocal. Those give more atmosphere

MB14 and Codfish also have some great vocals for beatboxers I recommend them both to check out

The only sound fx I can hear is the reverb. It's impossible to do with your mouth. It helps amplify the sound. I know because I use it a lot playing the electric guitar.
He puts on reverb but the sounds he makes are from him. Every song has postprocessing. I dont see why he has to do completely without if every musician does it. All the sounds are his and not artificial. I think this is also one take and not multiple cut together.
Of course there are effects. Reverb, compression and EQ work.
