Attack of a Great Barracuda on a HALCO lure a full trolling speed around 6.15 am in the Bazaruto Archipelago (Mozambique)
Our team was working with the Bazaruto Center for Scientific Studies (BCSS) trolling lures for tuna to get some live bait and then all of a sudden we got this strike
A second barracuda was around too and when the attacking fish got unhooked, both swam away together - difficult to say what happened here because we never released tension, maybe the fish did not hook properly
