First I would use yoga and start 6months in water for anything strenuous. Frim there I would strengthen his feet,ankles,knees,hips,lower back,core and thighs. He has to learn balance and how to absorb shock and even tumble like an NFL running back. My job is done. Now he's prepared for war.
His father was an olympic long jumper turned physio coach. Victor received ample care since he was born. His footwork doesn't come from nowhere, look at his warm up routine, it's very pro, very sophisticated. He knows what he is doing and that's why he didn't have major health problems until now and god knows he was a skinny frail14 years old. There is no substitute for time, you have to wait his growth is over to have him do certain things. But he and his family, they know what they are doing that's for sure.
Why does everyone overlook this kid playing football (soccer) which really develops footwork. Akeem was also a soccer player who had excellent footwork. Giannis first love was his soccer game. The footwork development gives big men better balance so they are not as likely to be hurt by the physical play in basketball. Now if he would develop a hook shot both lefty and righty the NBA will be changing back to all big men.

If it is a 15% size wont matter. But if he is doing 2 points close to the rim at 80% like gobert, he will already be not bad and dangerous.
