- Gordes France, a French village tour of one of the most beautiful villages in France. Enjoy this relaxing 4k video walk. Gordes is a Les Plus Beaux Villages de France award winner, and is renowned as the most beautiful perched village in Provence France. Gordes can be found in the heart of the Vaucluse Mountains, on the borders of the popular Luberon Region Natural Park in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
You will adore this uplifting spring time 4k walking tour, through the cobbled streets and delightful alleys of this picturesque medieval village. A visiting tourist can view the 11th century château, visit the National Heritage Site of the cellars of the Palais St Firmin, and enjoy one of the many festivals through out the year. Art lovers can follow in the footsteps of famous artists such as André Lhote, Marc Chagall, Victor Vasarely and Pol Mara. Movie fans can seek out the places where One Deadly Summer, Mistral's Daughter and A Year in Provence were filmed on this Gordes village tour. Dine at La Renaissance Restaurant where the scene with Russell Crowe and Marion Cotillard was captured for the film, A Good Year. Gordes Provence has also been the inspiration for many books and had enticed writers, sculptors and artists to make it their home.

In Gordes, France, we were able to enjoy both the striking visuals that caught our eyes and the content related to the history and episodes of this place, allowing for a deeper appreciation.
We were shown the vibrant frescoes of the historic Gordes church, and as we admired the artistic stone walls and residences, we came to understand that this is a village thriving with artistic promotion.
My wife and I, both work in programming at our computer business office, paused our work to be captivated by this video footage.✨☝️😊

Nice presentation! I prefer my town of a similar name. . Cordes-sur-Ciel. A Bastied about 20 or 30 Km from Albi. 50 Km or so from Toulouse. A wonderful Toulouse art museum in Albi. Likely smaller than Gordes, but you will see why it would be my preference - when I sign off.
