I was able to watch Ward Davis perform last night in Tulsa opening for Cody Jinks. The roof blew off when Wade played this song. Absolutely amazing cover and I love how he rocks this song. He gained a new fan last night.

He is still struggling to make a living and a name for himself in the music business !! Being the best musician doesn't always get you a deal!! Being a pretty boy, or know someone, or got money! I still feel deep in my heart someone will realize his talent and how genuine he is and he will be on his way!!! Look into Barbed Wire Creek was his band at home! I met Ward and Cooder in Detroit, in December of 2016. And I can't say enough good things about those guys. Was lucky enough to return to our hotel at an early morning time, to find Ward outside having a smoke. And all he did, was fully entertain us for the time we spent together. The man went as far as to buy my friends their late night snack from the hotel store. I came away with the impression, that Ward Davis, was, A regular guy, just like me, he was just blessed with the ability to write and sing some damn fine songs. And this damn world is a better place because of that. I hope to see Cooder down the road some time, and I do hope he has a great career in front of him. Great job dad!
"COODER" Cody Bennett has since left Ward's band and is gearing up for his own band. He has alot of people waiting on some of his own original music. Cody thought it was time to get his own music business started. Man y'all pray for success and favor! Thank you and God Bless
