Recently land registration or Khata will be provided for flats only if u give solar heater installation receipts , such strict measures undertaken by govt. However, the solar geysers do not work nore than 2 years and it is very costly to maintain so 80% in Bangalore houses or flats these solar water heaters are toys or showcase items. 50% of flat Builders in bangalore gets some cheap discounted solar water heater and Ater getting Khata as no one willing to pay the amount for maintaining and many don't want to share that repair cost in flats. However few people use it and maintain it, and very very limited flats replace it if the repair cost skyrockets.

I am already using supreme solar for 10 years never got a problem, the only one problem is side walve tank leakage, but good one, just cleaning (service) the pipes and tank for 3 or 4 years once is advisable. Please inform us for next visit to Bangalore.

Current cost in bangalore is very expensive so most will go for solar, but in tamilnadu cost is less because we have more power plants than other states. Electric heaters are more convenient and matured enough but solar heaters life is not long as these people say. It will have many problems after 3 years and you have to replace.. On long term solar heaters may not save a lot, it's only illusion and water will not be hot during winters and water will be too hot during summer.. People who have more daytime usage can go for solar.. Otherwise electric heaters are more convenient
I already bought this solar supreme company before 7 years they given warenty 5years and extended warranty for 5years my big tank gor leaked and complainant but no response from company I whatsapp many times and called in phone but not interested to do the service by changing the tank as per contract they have to send their person for inspection with out service cost but they charge two times to inspect eventhough the are not changed the tank they want to drag I phoned and whatsapp continues they said the company person in Bangalore will come as per him the mechanic came and said the tank is problem and will replace no replying from company then I contacted the person and said I will go to consumer coram but no response now I filed against them in consumer court for comparison this is the worst service by the company please don't recommend to buy and spoil your goodwill

How the solar water heater outer S.S Drum is op[ening to repair any inside leakages&repair purposes???HEL Solar water Heater is leaking below the S.S.Drum near the drain pipe area¬ getting hot water inspite of doing all the plumbing works as per advice of HEL Technician&as p service is there.But after one inspection sice 2 months not made any after sales service like any other reputed Solar Water Heater suppliers So we feels sorry for the investment made in HEL Solar water Heate.Still we hope being areputed SOLAR water Heater suppliers hope they may send expericed Technicians for rectification work&give it in service!!!We r much desperated for the investment we made in HEL S.W.H.Units!!!
