    Try using a giant tip when piping your body butter. The ripples will be larger and more recognizable and easier to pipe. Also not overfilling your bag so full. Much easier to pipe smaller bags that you can refill. I used to make special event cakes and found this helpful.

    Thank you for showing your body butter. It looks heavenly. I am definitely going to try it. My suggestion is to weigh in grams that way all your ingredients can be weighed. Three full droppers full of Rose Hip oil isn't a measurement. Maybe weigh 3 droppers full and see how many grams or if you want to stay in ounces but they should all be weighed the same.

    • @TheLoveweaver

      If you do not put it in the fridge it can become grainy and feel like little pebbles on your skin. If you butter is grainy to the touch, you can just remit it and promptly put in the freezer. Check on it. When it's firm but not frozen you can whip it then. It does make a noticeable difference.

    So on another one of your videos you did you used 16 oz butter 14 oz oils. And the amount of jars you made is the same amount of jars you're saying you made with this batch and this batch is like half that size... Am i missing something?

    • @latoystev
      @latoystev  3 года назад +2

      Hello hun thanks for watching. When making butters you have to try different measurements to figure out which formulation works best for you. Piping makes a huge difference in how many jars your able to get from a batch of butter. Not only does piping make a difference. How much product your putting in your jars play a major role. So yes although I used different formulations and ended up with the equal jars is contributed to one or both factors mentioned above. My first videos posted I was still learning different techniques. The video your referencing to I was trying different measurements. The newest videos has my most updated formulations. What works for me doesn’t necessarily work for everyone. Since some people have different preferences in desired textures for their butters. My most recent videos I recommend using 90% oils to whatever desired amount of butters ur using. If that makes sense.
