  • Every morning at around 7:30 am I drive by this mysterious building sitting right by the bridge and the children's hospital. Curiosity got to me so I decided to go and check this out considering I see it everyday. I wanted to know more about the building as thousands of people including myself drive past it and never give it any attention. Approaching the building you start to
notice some things that stick out to you. What neighbors this rusted warehouse are a few things; there are neighborhoods on the other side of the road, a children's hospital sits next door to the building, and a factory sits next to the warehouse as well.

I've always been into Antique malls, for different reasons. Watching your videos conjures some of the same emotions as strolling an antique mall. Something sad about the passing of time. The music helps set that tone. I like how your videos are a visual experience, and leaves to our imagination and wonder what was, and what could be, unobstructed by too much narration. Thank you for your videos.

I believe they use to process food here for the restaurant. I grew up in Avondale and Evanston in the late 70s when this place was opened and it always smelled like hot fresh soup as we walked to school in the early morning! I don't know if the small office is still on Lincoln and Melrose Ave.

There is a local company that maintains and makes the Frischs statutues. They also did the flying pig statutes around town and the Squirrel ones in Glendale

Can you investigate camp Washington’s warehouses next? I drive by them daily and they’re super mysterious and intriguing. Or could you look into the buildings just outside of camp washingt on I-75 with boarded up windows?

I like Cincinnati’s old buildings. It’s cool they turned that old factory in Northside into a condo.

Judging by the main building on Stanton, this must be Frisch's overflow lot, or old warehouse? Kind of sad seeing all the old big boy statues fading away outside ☹️

It is owned by Frisch’s still. Probably just as a maintenance storage building. But the equipment inside could easily fetch some money at auction.
On the chimney, the INDE is remaining from LINDE air products that previously owned the building.

I know this video is 2 years old...
That building was completely empty through the mid 90s all the way up to 2010.. we used wlak down from Short Vine just to drink and party in there... we lived in there off and on for years. We had mattresses and tents in there.. skate ramps.. couple grills....
i dont know how long its been abandoned but its obviously not abandoned anymore.. that place was completely empty when we hung out in there.....
I thought it was torn down... have a lot of great memories in that place..

Did you notice the lot full of Frisch’s trucks parked at the factory next door?
I may be mistaken but I think the company that used to be there was called Linde gas. I can find out if you would like.
