I LOVE and ADORE the kid who told his mom, "No flash photography!" I cannot tell you how many times people took flash pictures on this ride! It just ruins everything! Props to you child, props to you!

FANTASTIC VIDEO! I rarely look at Disneyland videos because I live in Florida now after living in LA most of my life. But now I remember how wonderful Pirates is in Disneyland, much better than the WDW version! I seriously forgot how different they really are! Again, great video °o°

Probably one of the best quality Pirates of the Caribbean ride video... What kind of DSLR and Lens are you using?
Oh no! Some of the animatronics are a bit kooky or just not there! The mayor didn't dunk all the way down, the pirate who shoots at the mayor's wife doesn't raise up his gun to aim at her, it doesn't look like the leashed goats move anymore, it doesn't seem like the eye patched pirate on the bridge at the auction moves, and there's not nearly as many pirates at the gunfight in the dynamite room :( Curse my observant eyes!!!

Facts:
There's a very hard to see hidden Mickey on Davy Jones' hat
There's 3 real skulls in the ride, the only one I know is the skull above the skeleton in the bed at the beginning.
The only robots in the POTC ride that are newer are theJack sparrows (You can tell the difference quite well compared to all the other ones robots)

If they are making the ride Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchised themed then why don't they make the ship at the beginning a bit bigger and have more cannons to almost match the pearl? Why don't they put Tia Dalma at swamp? If they are going to do something they should do it right. They need a Davy Jones animatoronic along with one of Blackbeard like Beckett some EITC, something.
the pirates of the caribbean ride at shanghai disneyland is themed to a pirates of the caribbean movie entirely and it has a davy jones animatronic

i have to say; i HATE what they did to this ride. all the changes in dialog "where be jack sparrow?" davey jones and the removal of the pirates trying to lift the giant bag of plunder to have johnny dep at the end.
