Let me tell you: dont sleep on the cheap. It actually does my daughter's hair beautifully. I really hope you get the chance to try it.

I use Aloe Vera gel as a prepoo and it has really helped my hair with shedding and is a great detangler! Also I will sometimes use it for a conditioner. Never as a style product. Maybe as an edge control?

Finally I have enough hair to actually get it braided into cornrows nothing real fancy but after struggling with my hair, moisture and growth along with my works guidelines for hair I've finally got long hair and I get to grow my beard out. By the way it's been a year and seven months since my hair looked the wayit does in the picture.
