I've honestly been considering getting a spare bujo to try out different spreads before I put them in my 'official' one, and it seems you're already doing that with the "junk drawer" concept - I love it!
My favorite tracker is the bar graph one; I don't have a tracker for anxiety in my January bujo but I'll definitely add it to my February one. Thank you for the great idea!

I love tracker #4! I honestly never thought about making an anxiety tracker but it’s definitely something I should consider. If I could incorporate triggers with tracker 4 that would be great!

I do not currently use anxiety trackers. But this is very interesting. I always have an anxiety color for my mood tracker. I may need to add this. Thanks!

I keep forgetting to fill mine in 😣 I do like tracking sleep next to moods/anxiety that helped a bit. I rebel against habit trackers 😅 I don’t know why
I make time to fill out everything in my journal right before I go to bed! Habit trackers definitely aren’t for everyone, but I love mine 😊
